I booked a Sapphire Deluxe room and regret it. The room wasn't checked before I got it, it was noisy, and changing it took ages. The phone to reach the front desk didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. The rooms were too small for comfort.

The location, though safe, was not ideal for tourists and was oddly positioned near a highway. On the upside, the dining experience offered an extraordinary menu with delicious options. In terms of facilities, there were some areas that could use improvement, but overall, it was a decent stay. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel managed to provide a satisfactory experience with its unique highlights.
