I booked a Sapphire Deluxe room and regret it. The room wasn't checked before I got it, it was noisy, and changing it took ages. The phone to reach the front desk didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. The rooms were too small for comfort.

Despite some drawbacks, the hotel managed to provide a satisfactory experience with its unique highlights.
